Before pursuing her degree, Nusarat gained over 10 years of experience as a dental nurse, giving her a deep-rooted understanding of patient care and the day-to-day workings of dental practice. This extensive hands-on experience laid a strong foundation for her clinical approach.
Nusarat is particularly passionate about the connection between oral health and overall well-being. She is dedicated to making her patients feel comfortable, informed, and at ease during their hygiene appointments. Known for her gentle and empathic manner, she excels at supporting nervous or anxious patients, helping them build confidence and feel more relaxed in the dental environment.

Dr. Asad Ali is a graduate of the prestigious Barts and The London School of Medicine and Dentistry. He completed an extensive two-year vocational training program across Surrey, honing his skills and expertise.
Passionate about delivering exceptional dental care, he has a keen interest in root canal treatments and is currently pursuing advanced training to handle more complex cases with precision and care.
Beyond his professional commitments, Asad enjoys staying active through walking, traveling, and playing football.

Dr Olivia Smith joined Lancaster House Dental Practice in 2023 after graduating from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. Olivia currently splits her time between the practice and hospital, where she is based in the Oral and Maxillo-facial Department.
During her time in the practice, Olivia enjoys practicing all areas of general dentistry in both adult and child patients. She enjoys working together with her patients to stabilise their oral health and build confidence. She strives to make all of her patients feel relaxed and at ease during their appointments.
Olivia is committed to continuing her education in areas that she is particularly interested in, to build on her skills and knowledge.
Outside of work, Olivia enjoys running. She particularly enjoys her long runs on a weekend which she usually ends with a coffee and a croissant!
