I’ve always been very nervous and afraid of going to the dentist, but they completely changed that for me.From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to explain everything clearly and constantly checked that I was comfortable throughout the appointment. Their calm and friendly approach helped ease my anxiety and made me feel genuinely cared for.

Referred to Dentist K.Bagegni by my Croydon dentist for a tricky tooth extraction. Right from entering the practice I was impressed. A lovely, super friendly receptionist put me at ease immediately. Really clean, welcoming waiting room. Dentist K.Bagegni was such a lovely man, really friendly, bubbly, informative and kind. He talked me through the procedure and carried out the procedure quickly, efficiently and very professionally, talking to and reassuring me the whole time. I wish he was my regular dentist, amazing man.
The dental nurses were lovely, really friendly and obviously love their job. Honestly, I’ve been dreading this tooth being taken out and cannot recommend Lancaster House Dental practice enough. A weird thing to say as I hate dentist visits but this one was surprisingly pleasant experience. Thanks so much to everyone for looking after me today.

I had a dental implant treatment here and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Dr Kalsi was extremely professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole process. He took the time to answer all of my questions clearly and made me feel comfortable at every stage of the treatment. The reception team were also amazing — always friendly, helpful and excellent with communication, especially when arranging / rescheduling appointments. Their support and efficiency really made a difference.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Maurisca, the receptionist, whose recommendation led me to this fantastic practice. Dr. O. Smith provided exceptional care and truly saved my tooth when my previous dentist was ready to pull it out without a second thought. I had been left in pain and dealing with an infection, and the lack of thorough examination from my last dentist was disappointing. Dr. Smith, on the other hand, took the time to assess my situation properly and worked diligently to resolve the issue.
The professionalism and expertise at Lancaster House are impressive, and I’m grateful for the compassionate approach I received. I can’t recommend them enough! I’m giving this dental surgery five stars for their outstanding service and care. If you’re looking for a reliable dentist, this is the place to go!
